What’s your picture of leadership? Over a two decades ago, the leadership development team at Chick-fil-A was attempting to answer that question. As a team, we stumbled upon the secret of great leaders. What we rediscovered was a proven, centuries old, approach to leadership that is as countercultural today as it was 2,000 years ago. Our findings also provided the central idea on which Ken Blanchard and Mark Miller based their book, The Secret. Our picture of leadership is an iceberg.
