Our Story
Dr. Mark A. Conklin, or simply Mark to those who know him, is the chief architect and visionary of the Every Leader’s Journey Experience. He is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant who has helped guide thousands of leaders globally. He has learned to leverage technology to effectively scale leadership development in large enterprise systems.
His active-duty military service, years as an academician, and time as a university dean created a hunger for understanding and building effective leaders. However, it was during his twenty-two years at Chick-fil-A Inc., where tasked with “make sure we don’t run out of leaders,” he and like-minded leaders found answers. Mark created the Every Leader’s Journey Experience to help others find answers, too.
